Do buyers of a Bugatti Veyron have two keys to keep for good?

I heard that the buyer is only allowed to have one key, and that key gives 500 hp. So is that true?|||AS MUCH AS THE VEHICLES COST, I WOULD SAY THAT THEY GET A MINIMUM OF TWO KEYS.|||yes you get two keys when you buy a Veyron, the 2nd key is for going 223mph+.
