There is virtually nowhere in the world that you can hit top speed legally. It is astronomically expensive. And, from the reviews that I have read, it isn't even very comfortable. Where is the appeal?|||I once ask a guy who bought a pair of boots for over $5000.00 (on Ebay) WHY he paid that much, he said "BECAUSE I CAN"-----IF I could I would, a great car, only to be worth more later as collectable car,I have a 1/18 diecast Veyron in my collection, even that cost a lot BUT very nice, to each his own.|||That they want to waste their money on the million dollar car that they will probably wreck. The money used to buy this car could go to charity. People buy expensive cars like this so their neighbors who on a Lamborghini or Bentley will be jealous that their car is inferior to theirs. It is also because they want to attract attention to themselves.|||SBS. (Stupid Billionaires Syndrome) It infects few as it is rare.
The autobahn is the only legal place by the way.. It might be dangerous though to do 255 mph with traffic there..
The appeal is owning the fastest 0-60 car, and the worlds most expensive. How many can say they are an owner of a Veyron?|||Because of new environmental laws there is now enough restrictions on cars development that the veryon may not just be the quickest right now but the quickest legal road car of in our life time(petrol car anyway).
That said i wouldnt give a **** about that but maybe if i were a rich footballer i would|||so they or.. he can brag about their top speed when they take this german(?) pos to the track and got ate by the 1st generation of the pony cars.
and the 03 cobra and zr1 vette passed it while this whatever was at wot.|||Its a disease which people get when you can wipe your *** with 100's notes.|||basketball players and drug dealers buy them to try and look cool.
