But the fastest way is to buy one from any luxury-exotic dealerships. In the U.S.A, many Lamborghini, Bentley, and Ferrari dealerships have one or two Bugatti Veyrons in their showroom, already built and ready to be sold.

You can pick them up at the rich man's store, or at your local WalMart for a million dollars or more.
