How would a bugatti veyron do in a NASCAR race?

Let's pick Talladega race track. How about a lamborghini or a ferrari? Indy cars? How would they all do in a quarter mile drag race against each other? Thanks|||Bugati would be lousy off the turns but incredibally fast down the straights. You'd be in the wall fast and hard.

I'll take the Indy car in a drag race. Better high end torque.|||A Veyron would be close in acceleration, but could not pull the G's on the turns because the Cup cars are setup for each track. A Veyron runs the quarter mile in 10.1@142, where a Cup car is 10.4@147 (C%26amp;D tests). The Cup car can accelerate from 60+ mph quicker. Both put down around 840 RWHP.

|||Not really a fair question. The COT (Car of Tomorrow) was designed to work with the tracks on the NASCAR circuit and to be competitive with each other.

And how many laps are we talking about? How durable is the Bugatti? How's it going to be after 50 laps?

As to American POS's, check this: http://www.panozauto.com/

Then check their competition record. And check the record of the Corvettes on the endurance racing circuit. And the Saleens, http://www.saleen.com/default.asp

We can build with the best in the world.|||Bugatti, Lamborghini, Ferrari? You talkin' about the Mafia 500. The losers sleep wit da fishes.|||I'll take this one http://www.chevrolet.com/corvette/zr1/?s鈥?/a>|||oo man...it would wreckkkk any other car its so dynamic... shiiiit i would love to see it on a track but dont crash its 1.4 millions dollars!|||I wouldn't bump draft with one!!!!!|||An F1 indy car would destroy them all in a quarter mile.|||There is no competition with that car PERIOD! Our American POS cant keep up with that!!!|||lmao they would be ust right for the track but would like to see it in real life happen good question|||Good
