Do you reckon there was a crash test done for the Bugatti Veyron?

I am not sure of what the laws on crash tests are, but surely they didn't do a crash test on the road legal but $2,000,000 vehicle, or did they? Does anyone know?|||They have to. Federal law says if you want to sell the car in the US it needs to pass crash laws and to pass the crash test you have to crash several cars.
